About the event
If you have never been to one of our events before check out the video below to see what all the fuss is about - you might just be amazed!
Of course, as a brand new event, we don't yet have a video of this particular event, but our Vintage Spares Day in Newbury will give you a good idea of what to expect.
Our second NEW location for 2023!
In the heart of prime Land Rover territory, Rutland Showground is extremely close to stunning Rutland Water and on the edge of the historic town of Oakham. Centrally located, Rutland is easily accessible and just a short drive from the A1, so make sure you come along to buy or sell your Land Rover, 4x4 spares and accessories.
What can I expect to find at Rutland?
A new location, with different traders and new visitors but still the great Spares Day you'd expect from us! There will be all eras of Land Rover, 4x4 and vintage spares and accessories - typically expect to find new, used, old and obsolete spares and parts. Finds also include old tools, ex-army surplus and equipment, yard and shed clear outs, stationary engines, autojumble, tractor parts, barn finds, agri-jumble and even vehicle sales. You'll also get to meet lots of like-minded enthusiasts.

The showground is a short drive from the A1 and well signposted from all major routes, just follow the temporary signs which will guide you to the car park.

Q: Can I bring children?
Yes, absolutely. This is a family event and tickets for children under 16 are free.
Q: Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
This an all-outdoor open-air event set on grass.
Q: How will I receive my ticket?
All tickets will be sent via email from our ticketing agent, Eventbrite.
Q: Can I camp at the event?
Unfortunately no, we do not facilitate visitor camping. Sorry.
Q: I have stuff to sell but not sure if I am a trader?
If you want to sell anything, you need a trade ticket. Our trade tickets are open to anyone wanting to sell items, whether you regularly trade parts and accessories or are just having a garage clear out. Everyone is welcome, the more the merrier! See our Trade Information section further down this page.
Q: Can I bring my dog?
Yes of course, well behaved dogs on leads are very welcome.
Q: Will there be refreshments?
Yes, light refreshments will be available.
Q: Is there lots of parking?
Yes. There is ample FREE parking at our events for all visitors.

If you're looking to sell or trade items you will need to buy a Trade Ticket.
Our trade tickets are open to anyone wanting to sell items, whether you regularly trade parts and accessories or are just having a garage clear out. Everyone is welcome, the more the merrier!
Traders tickets start from just £30, which includes admission for 2 adults travelling in the selling vehicle.
Trade access times
Trade access to the event is available during specific time slots. On the day of the event, trade access opens from 7:00 am to 9:00 am. Prior to the event, on the day before, trade access runs from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
If you pre-book your ticket, you can also camp on the site the night before the event at no additional cost. Simply inform the booking office upon your arrival that you intend to camp.
