First registered late 1998/99 (despite reg. number - Japanese import).
Has been a trusty vehicle, although high mileage of 250,082 miles, when I bought the car it had covered 50,000 miles and has had an oil change every 6000 miles + has been well maintained with many extras:
Stainless steel sports exhaust
Electric fan
High efficiency air filter
Uprated intercooler
EGR blocked and engine chipped
Suspension has been Polybushed.
So not your average old Land Rover.
Has had necessary welding done (see list) and could be sold with a 12 Month MOT, it now needs some extra TLC. A great project!
Welding carried out is as follows
Boot floor replaced
Rear wheel arches replaced
Rear door seat belt anchorages replaced (both sides)
Inner and outer sills replaced (both sides)
Repair work to both N/S and O/S Footwells
There has also been some repair work to the bulkhead and front inner wings
