Returning this Autumn is our flagship Land Rover, 4x4 and Vintage Spares Day and the biggest of its kind in Europe, spread over 25 acres in the rolling Berkshire countryside, this event really is huge and not to be missed.

About the event
Back for the Autumn, is our flagship event, the biggest of its kind in Europe, spread over 25 acres in the rolling Berkshire countryside, this event is huge and a great opportunity to come along to buy or sell your Land Rover, 4x4 spares and accessories to the masses. A great day out and the perfect opportunity for you to meet with like-minded people.
What can I expect to find at Newbury?
There's everything you'd expect from a show of this size and calibre; you'll find Land Rover, 4x4 and a vintage section - expect new, used, old and obsolete! Finds include classics parts, spares, accessories and motoring antiques - you'll even find old tools, ex-army surplus and equipment, yard and shed clear-outs, stationary engines, autojumble, tractor parts, barn finds, agri-jumble, camping gear, roof top tents and vehicle sales.
You'll also get to meet lots of like-minded enthusiasts. There really is something for everyone at Newbury!

Adults: £7.50 in advance or £10.00 on the day.

FAQs
Q: Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
Both! The majority is set on hard standing ground and grass outside but there will also be some indoor traders too.
Q: Can I bring children?
Yes, absolutely. This is a family event and tickets for children under 16 are free.
Q: How will I receive my ticket?
All tickets will be sent via email from our ticketing agent, Eventbrite.
Q: Can I camp at the event?
Unfortunately no, we do not facilitate visitor camping. Sorry.
Q: I have stuff to sell but not sure if I am a trader?
If you want to sell anything, you need a trade ticket. Our trade tickets are open to anyone wanting to sell items, whether you regularly trade parts and accessories or are just having a garage clear out. Everyone is welcome, the more the merrier! See our Trade Information section further down this page.
Q: Can I bring my dog?
Yes of course, well behaved dogs on leads are very welcome.
Q: Will there be refreshments?
Yes, light refreshments will be available.
Q: Is there lots of parking?
Yes. There is ample FREE parking at our events for all visitors.
Trade information
Our trade tickets are open to anyone wanting to sell items, whether you regularly trade parts and accessories or are just having a garage clear out. Everyone is welcome, the more the merrier!

Trades tickets include admission for two adults travelling in the selling vehicle.

Indoor drive-in plots
Our indoor drive-in plots are 6 metres frontage x 5 metres deep.
Indoor plots
• In advance: £60
• At the event: £80
Indoor space is limited so we do recommend booking in advance to guarantee your space. If you require more indoor space please book additional tickets to accommodate the indoor space you require and we will ensure they are placed together.
Outdoor plots
Outdoor plots give you the advantage of any size you require (within reason). Price depends on the size of your vehicle.
Small Car/4x4/Van
• In advance: £30
• At the event: £35
Large Van/4x4 (with or without trailer)
• In advance: £40
• At the event: £45
Large Goods Vehicle over 3.5 tonnes
• In advance: £50
• At the event: £55
Trade access times
Trade access to the event is available during specific time slots. On the day of the event, trade access opens from 7:00 am to 9:00 am. Prior to the event, on the day before, trade access runs from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
If you pre-book your trade ticket, you can also camp on the site the night before the event at no additional cost. Simply inform the booking office upon your arrival that you intend to camp.
