Our final Spares Day event of 2024, is where it all started at the beginning of the year, in the beautiful Malvern Hills. Set in Worcestershire, make the most of your last opportunity this year to buy or sell your Land Rover, 4x4 spares and accessories - it could be your last chance to grab that part you need to continue your restoration over the winter months too! Visiting Malvern at this time of year is also a great opportunity to take in all the wonderful sights this area of outstanding natural beauty has to offer - so don't miss out! This event is set outside on hardstanding ground and grass, with a selection of trade stands in the Wye and Avon Halls.

What can I expect to find at Malvern?

Malvern certainly won't disappoint, you'll find everything you'd typically expect at a Land Rover, 4x4 and Vintage Spares Day. From new, used, old, right through to obsolete - finds include classic parts, spares, accessories and motoring antiques - plus tools, farm memorabilia, ex-army surplus and equipment, yard and shed clear-outs, tractor and machinery parts, stationary engines, barn finds, camping gear, agri-jumble and even vehicle sales. You'll get to meet with lots of other like-minded enthusiasts!

Booking in advance will ensure you SAVE money on your ticket and time on the day, plus it gives you the opportunity to take advantage of an exclusive trial offer to Land Rover Monthly magazine. Book before midnight on 26 October 2024.

Adults: £8.00 in advance or £10.00 on the day.
Children: FREE (under 16)

FAQs

Q: Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
Both! Set on grass and hardstanding ground outside and inside the Wye and Avon Halls.  

Q: Can I bring children?
Yes, absolutely. This is a family event and tickets for accompanied children under 16 are free.

Q: How will I receive my ticket?
All tickets will be sent via email from our ticketing agent, Eventbrite. Unfortunately, these emails sometimes end up in your junk/spam folders so if you can't find in your inbox, please check there too. 

Q: Can I camp at the event?
Unfortunately no, we do not facilitate visitor camping. Sorry.

Q: I have stuff to sell but not sure if I am a trader?
If you want to sell anything, you need a trade ticket. Our trade tickets are open to anyone wanting to sell items, whether you regularly trade parts and accessories or are just having a garage clear out. Everyone is welcome, the more the merrier! See our Trade Information section further down this page.

Q: Can I bring my dog?
Yes of course, well-behaved dogs on leads are very welcome.

Q: Is there lots of parking?
Yes. There is ample FREE parking for all visitors.

Q: Will there be refreshments?
Yes. The popular Stockmans cafe will be open for breakfast, lunches and light refreshments.

Q: What is the event offer available and when will I receive?
This exclusive no risk trial event offer, gives you access to 3 digital issues of Land Rover Monthly for just £5. You will not be entered into a subscription unless you request to do so after your trial elapses. A link will be emailed to all trial offer subscribers to access their first digital issues, which will be the issue currently on-sale, please allow up to one week after the event date to receive this link. A link to the following two issues will be emailed in accordance with the digital magazine on-sale dates. Please ensure you provide the correct email address at time of booking, as we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that would subsequently result in emails being undeliverable and issues missed. Offer only available to UK residents. Only one trial offer per email address.

Trade access times

Trade access to the event is available during specific time slots. On the day of the event, trade access opens from 7:00am to 9:00am. Prior to the event, on the day before, trade access runs from 1:00pm to 6:00pm.

If you pre-book your trade ticket, you can also camp on the site the night before the event at no additional cost. Simply inform the booking office upon your arrival that you intend to camp. Please note camping is only available for trade arriving the day before the event.
