About the event

Nestled beneath the beautiful Malvern Hills, our two-day Land Rover event is an excellent opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life with your friends or family, indulging in something you love in a fantastic setting.  While you are more than welcome to join us as a day visitor, we highly recommend immersing yourself in the full experience by camping, in this area of outstanding natural beauty, for the entire weekend.  

Wondering what awaits you? There'll be plenty of trade stands, club displays, a live events arena, a beer tent, entertainment for the whole family, autojumble stands and a whole lot more, including our amazing Hall of Fame, where you will be able to admire a stunning collection of Land Rovers spanning several decades. What can I expect to find at Malvern?

A two-day event, that utilises our team's vast Land Rover and show knowledge to bring you a unique Land Rover event that's not to be missed. There’s everything you’d expect from a show of this size and calibre; camping, trade stands, autojumble, club displays, a live events arena, beer tent, entertainment for the whole family, live bands and heaps more, including a very special Land Rover Hall of Fame that celebrates Land Rovers over the years.  Find out more here.

This weekend event promises enjoyment for the entire family, including your dogs, who are invited to join in the fun too.

FAQs

Q: Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
Both! With a whole host of outdoor trade stands, arena displays, vehicles and club stands to look around, there’ll also be additional exhibits within the Avon hall. 

Q: Can I camp?
100%! Camping is essential if you want to enjoy the weekend and what we have planned to the full. See pricing above. Camping is also available to the trade, see the trade section below for further details.  Camping facilities include a purpose built shower and toilet block and additional shower units - all with hot running water. There are also drinking water points.

Q: What else do I need to know if I plan to camp?
If you require disabled camping please speak to a member of the team upon arrival - blue badges will be required for pitches within the disabled area.  Please note, there will be no electrical hook-up for campers. No open fires of any description are permitted. Supervised off the ground Barbeques will be allowed. 

Q: Can I bring children?
Yes, absolutely. This is a family event and tickets for children under 16 are free.

Q: How will I receive my ticket?
All tickets will be sent via email from our ticketing agent, Eventbrite. Unfortunately, these emails sometimes end up in your junk/spam folders so if you can't find them in your inbox, please check there too.

Q: What are the event opening times?
On Saturday we are open from 9.00am - 5.00pm and on Sunday 9.00am - 4.00pm.

Q: Can I bring my dog?
Yes of course, well-behaved dogs on leads are very welcome - dog watering points will be placed at various locations around the showground.

Q: Is there lots of parking?
Yes. There is ample FREE parking for all visitors.

Q: Will there be refreshments?
Yes. In addition to the popular Stockmans café that will open for breakfasts, lunches and light refreshments, we also have a beer tent and various other catering facilities on-site. 

Q: Is there parking?
Yes, there is plenty of FREE parking for all visitors.  Saturday: Day visitor car park closes at 6:00pm; Sunday: Day visitor car park closes at 5:00pm.

Q: What is the event offer available and when will I receive?
This exclusive no risk trial event offer, gives you access to 3 digital issues of Land Rover Monthly for just £5. You will not be entered into a subscription unless you request to do so after your trial elapses. A link will be emailed to all trial offer subscribers to access their first digital issues, which will be the issue currently on-sale, please allow up to one week after the event date to receive this link. A link to the following two issues will be emailed in accordance with the digital magazine on-sale dates. Please ensure you provide the correct email address at time of booking, as we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that would subsequently result in emails being undeliverable and issues missed.  Offer only available to UK residents. Only one trial offer per email address.

Trade access times

Friday trade access: 10.00am – 8.00pm.  Saturday event day trade access: 7.00am – 08.30am. These times are also applicable for autojumble traders. 

Trade camping is available for no extra cost when you pre-book your ticket. Just let the booking office know when you arrive that you plan to camp.
