General Information and FAQ's

Our flagship Newbury event is the biggest of its kind in Europe, spread over 25 acres in the rolling Berkshire countryside, this event is huge and a great opportunity to come along to buy or sell your Land Rover, 4x4 spares and accessories to the masses. A great day out and the perfect opportunity for you to meet with like-minded people.  The Showground is ideally situated next to the M4/A34 interchange providing excellent links across the South of England and the Midlands.

What can I expect to find at Newbury? There’s everything you’d expect from a show of this size and calibre; you'll find Land Rover, 4x4 and a vintage section - expect new, used, old and obsolete! Finds include classics parts, spares, accessories and motoring antiques - you'll even find old tools, ex-army surplus and equipment, yard and shed clear-outs, stationary engines, autojumble, tractor parts, barn finds, agri-jumble, camping gear, roof top tents and vehicle sales. You'll also get to meet lots of like-minded enthusiasts. There really is something for everyone at Newbury!

Is this an indoor or outdoor event? Both! The majority is set on hard standing ground and grass outside but there will also be some indoor traders too. 

I have stuff to sell but not sure if I'm a trader? The trade tickets booking page is open to anyone and everyone wanting to sell, whether you are having a garage/shed clear out or regularly trade parts and accessories - the more the merrier. 

What are ticket prices for traders? Prices vary depending on the size of your vehicle and whether you want an indoor or outdoor plot. There are great discounts available for those that book in advance and your ticket price also includes admission for 2 adults travelling in the selling vehicle.  Visit our trade tickets booking page to find out more. Indoor plots sell out quickly so make sure you book early if you want one of these. 

What are visitor ticket prices? Admission is £7.50 if booked in advance and £10 on the gate. For more details see our visitor tickets page.

What are the event opening times? We are open from 9:30am - 2:00pm. 

What are the set up times for trade? Event day: Trade access is between 7.00am – 9:00am.  Day before: Trade build up access runs from 1:00pm – 6:00pm.  Day before trade camping is available for no extra cost when you pre-book your ticket. Just let the booking office know when you arrive that you you plan to camp. Camping is only available to trade the day before the event. 

Do you offer any special deals? Yes! Can I bring children? Yes, accompanied children 16 and under are free.

Can I bring my dog? Yes, well behaved dogs on leads are welcome.

Is there parking? There is ample FREE parking at our events for all visitors. Unfortunately we do not facilitate visitor camping. 

Will there be refreshments? Yes, light refreshments will be available. 

How will I receive my ticket? All tickets will be sent via email from our ticketing agent Eventbrite, if you can't find in your inbox please check your junk/spam folder.
