This year’s Capel Military Vehicle Show, held near Dorking in Surrey, saw a great number of fantastic Land Rovers

Held on the first weekend of July in aid of veteran’s charities, the show this year celebrated its tenth anniversary, featuring heavy armour and tracked vehicles, living history displays, tank rides, the firing of naval guns, Chinooks and Wessex Lynx helicopters flying in and an impressive Red Arrows flypast.

Among 138 Land Rovers being exhibited, there was a Dutch Army Minerva, an RAF 80in, the last military-spec Defender 90 ever built, 30-odd Lightweights, around 20 101s and various other weird and wonderful iterations of military Land Rovers.
